Les Glieres - Studio Apartment with Balcony
A light studio apartment with sunny balcony in the popular Les Glieres residence, close to the centre of Bourg St Maurice. Just 5 minutes walk to the funicular linking, in 7 minutes, to Les Arcs 1600 and the entire Paradiski domain - one of the largest and most varied ski areas in Europe with 425km of pistes, 70% over 2000m. Also a mountain bikers and walkers heaven in the summer. The residence has a private large outdoor heated swimming pool and separate children’s pool with sun terraces for summer use and extensive free parking on site in the complex' s own gated carpark. There is also a ski locker room available, with padlocked rack designated to the apartment.
Bourg St Maurice is a small vibrant town with a cobbled pedestrian only high street and a great selection of shops and restaurants open all year. There is a weekly market with large supermarkets within walking distance and a Lidl supermarket even closer, within a couple of minutes walk.
This is a comfortable and light studio apartment sleeping up to 4. The lounge area has an open american style kitchen and a dining area with sufficient space and seating for everyone. Large light doors lead out onto the south facing balcony overlooking the pretty tree lined central pool area.
The sofabed in the main living area converts into a comfortable full sized double bed. The 'coin montagne' in the hallway is separated from the main lounge area with a door for privacy and has bunk beds to provide separate sleeping for another two people.
The bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over, washbasin, toilet and electric towel heater.
The kitchen area is equipped with a combi microwave/grill, hob with two cooking areas, fridge freezer, kettle, electric coffee maker and toaster.
A real bonus for this apartment, is the sunny balcony overlooking the pretty central area to the residence with a large heated pool and childrens splash pool area. The pool area itself is securely fenced and is open 15th June to 15th September, bar any maintenance closures. The balcony has a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine with a good book! Heaven!
Prices
The rates below are for the apartment rental, per week, and include utilities and the use of the complex facilities. In addition there will be a mandatory final cleaning charge of 70 euros added to each booking, regardless of length of stay.
Linen packs with good quality bedlinens and towels can be provided:-
- Double pack containing bedlinen for a double bed plus two large and two small towels: 30 euros
- Single pack containing bedlinen for a single bed together with one large and one small towel: 18 euros
Taxe de sejour will be added to the final payment.
