3 Bedroom House in Brides-les-Bains
Spacious and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 and a ½ bathroom house in the centre of Brides les Bains, situated in a pretty and quiet residential area with lovely views over the town and mountains from the recently installed deck areas in the garden. The house is located behind the park which is close to the Thermes. The quiet ruelle is located on one of the footpaths to the hills behind Brides.
The old house has been totally renovated over the past two years from the old blanchisserie, to the highest standard. It retains traditional features such as the balcony on the front of the house draped with swags of wisteria - the perfect spot for a morning coffee to enjoy the view. Tradition is mixed with high quality modern bathrooms and a superb kitchen area. The whole house is decorated with bespoke wall art and lovely African artworks and individual furniture pieces for a personal and welcoming feel. From the moment you walk into the light large entrance hall you will be aware of the love that has been put into this renovation and the quality of the finish.
The house has an open ground floor area with full kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything guests could need. There is a full double oven and microwave, hob with four cooking areas, dishwasher and fridge /freezer. Washing machine and dryer are found neatly installed in a wall cupboard. All equipment is new. The kitchen leads onto large dining and lounge areas with stylish furniture and tables made from huge tree trunks, sliced and polished. In the dining area there are two tables and chairs, one big enough for everyone to sit together as well as a smaller one with little chairs for children. The dining area joins to the large lounge area with sofas and chairs, more natural tree coffee tables and shelving. The dining and lounge benefit from a log stove giving cosy heat to both.
On the ground floor there is also a shower room with Italian style walk in shower, basin and toilet. Plus a small room for storage and where there will be an electric boot dryer for the winter.
Upstairs there are 3 large, light filled double bedrooms. Each has two new single beds which can be made up as singles or clipped together to make a double bed, to provide maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements for your individual needs as each room can be configured as a double or twin. Each room has plenty of storage, new high quality bedding and new comfortable mattresses. On this floor there is also the luxurious, huge main bathroom. There is a large bath with lighting in a recess and a separate Italian style walk in shower, basin and storage.
On this level there is also a bonus room with wall mounted TV and low seating – an ideal spot for children or anyone wanting to lounge and watch TV or play games.
The house has a private parking space right beside the house and the Olympe telecabine is just 750m away, with both this and Brides centre an easy 10 minute walk. Here you can find a good selection of restaurants, bars and the Tourist Office with Cinema (films in both French and English). The Thermes is even closer at just 450 m from the house, with an easy and pleasant 7 minute walk across the park to reach it, or a 2 minute drive into the centre and Thermes.

Rates
The rates below are for the house rental, per week, and include utilities. In addition there will be a mandatory final cleaning charge of 200 euros added to each booking, regardless of length of stay.
Linens and towels are included in the price with one set of bedding for each bed provided at the beginning of your stay.
Discounts are offered for 21 night stays for cures: 15% discount on stays of 3 weeks or more (not including cleaning charge or taxe de sejour).
The house is available to rent with a flexible changeover day with 5 day minimum stay at most times of the year.
Taxe de sejour will be added to the final payment.
